If you have a PC with Windows and Excel 2003, you can use this file to create a spreadsheet to export to IPERS through I-Que. You must click on "enable macros" when you open the file and then save the blank spreadsheet to your computer before you complete the form. Be sure to close the original spreadsheet you opened from this Web site. Then open the version you saved on your computer and follow the directions contained in the spreadsheet. |
