How can I get my current account balance or a copy of my benefits statement?
You can view and print a copy of your benefits statement from the Web site. You may also ask for an updated statement or get your account balance by completing an Authorization for Release of Information form. Please remember there is no way to guarantee the confidentiality of the faxed or e-mailed information.

How do I get more information about my benefits?
Whether you are just starting your public service career or are thinking about retirement, IPERS has information that is specific to your circumstances. IPERS representatives travel throughout the state meeting with members individually and presenting information in a group setting. Find out where representatives will be and when. You also can meet with a representative at the IPERS office or talk with one over the phone.

Where is the IPERS office located?
The IPERS office is southwest of the Des Moines Airport on the south side of Army Post Road. It is next to the Des Moines Register production facility in the Airport Office Park area.
