Law firm hired to recover funds from Westridge Capital Management

(DES MOINES)–Today the IPERS Investment Board retained Ice Miller LLP, an Indianapolis legal firm with a national presence, as outside legal counsel to assist in matters related to the termination of Westridge Capital Management's contract and the recovery of IPERS' assets. IPERS is leading a coordinated legal effort that includes Ice Miller and the offices of the Treasurer of Iowa and the Attorney General of Iowa. IPERS will release actions and filings taken in relation to this matter as they become public.
