My Account

Access to your benefit information is always at your fingertips with My Account

With My Account, you can:

  • View your updated benefits statement at any time
  • Explore pension projection scenarios
  • Update your beneficiary
  • Update your contact information (make sure your employer has your current information as well)
  • View a record of your IPERS contributions

NOTE: My Account is not currently accessible on mobile platforms. Certain pop-up blockers, security settings, or anti-malware software may interfere with My Account on other websites.

New Members

To access My Account, you will need:

  • Your username (Found in the letter from the welcome packet you will receive by mail within a few weeks of your first paycheck)
  • Your temporary password (Mailed to you after your welcome packet)

If you didn't receive a welcome packet, or didn't keep the letter, call us at 800-622-3849 and we'll help you access My Account.

Current Members and Retirees

If you are currently a member or retiree and need access to My Account, call us at 800-622-3849
(7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday) to get your username and temporary password.
