Bill Bemis

William "Bill" R. Bemis has served as a Senior Investment Analyst with Innovative Captive Strategies (ICS) since April 2021. Bemis supports the investment opportunities, strategies and allocation for captive insurance companies. Prior to joining ICS, Bemis served as Senior Vice President and Chief Capital Markets Officer for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines and was a senior portfolio manager (securitized products) at Aviva Investors North America in Des Moines, Iowa. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Master’s degree from the University of Iowa and is a CFA charter holder.
