Security Update

IPERS has restored access to My Account (member online access) and I-Que (employer self-service) with the following security measures in place:

  • Direct deposit information cannot be changed within My Account, until further notice.

  • The 103 fraudulent My Account registrations that were created have been removed.

  • My Account online access is not available for the 103 retired members whose payments were redirected.

We are continuing to implement additional monitoring and security measures and will keep you informed of further developments.
