Troubleshooting My Account

If you are having trouble accessing My Account, the problem could be your Web browser. A Web browser is the program that allows you to view websites. If you don't know which Web browser you are using, you can find out with whatsmybrowser.org

My Account works with these browsers:

At this time, My Account can be accessed only from a computer, not from an iPad, tablet, or phone.

Certain pop-up blockers, high security settings, or anti-malware software may interfere with My Account and other websites.
