IPERS is taking its services on the road on April 24-25, 2026, with a special visit to Council Bluffs. Western Iowa members can attend a group informational session to learn more about their IPERS benefits. Sessions are free, will cover the same content and are available ONLY to registrants. Members who wish to bring a guest, MUST also register the guest.

Employer Sessions
IPERS staff will travel to two employers in the region to host an in-person, group general information sessions for their employees on Friday, April 24. These sessions will be held with:
Council Bluffs Community School District, and
Pottawatomie County.
Employees of these organizations are encouraged to reach out to their employer with questions about attending these sessions. These sessions are not open to the general public, and IPERS members employed by other organizations are encouraged to attend the group informational session at Iowa Western Community College on Friday evening.
